Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer delivery to PO Box addresses.
Yes, we absolutely can. Once you’ve filled out your billing address details in the checkout you’ll then be able to add an alternative delivery address. You just must make sure you do this yourself before submitting your order; unfortunately we can’t change this information once the processing has begun.

You can order online via our website 24hrs a day 365 days a year. We currently accept payment through all major credit cards and Paypal.

Warranty
You can register your mask warranty by emailing warranty@equilume.com
Please have the model and batch number to hand, along with date of purchase.
Please note: warranty covers any electronic failures associated with the cup. The headpiece is not covered under warranty.
- Belfield Model – 90 days from date of purchase.
- Curragh Model – 90 days from date of purchase.
- Pro Model – 6 months from date of purchase.
- Cashel Model – 6 months from date of purchase.
- Stable Light – 3 years from date of purchase.
- Control Panel – 2 years from date of purchase.
If you have a warranty issue, please contact the Equilume customer service department (info@equilume.com) or your nearest sales rep.
If you are issued with a replacement unit, it will be covered under the original units warranty period.
Return, refunds and Exchange Policy
Equilume offers product refunds inside of the 14-day cancellation period.
A replacement product will only be issued when there is a manufacturer defect at the time of delivery, or within the product warranty period from date of purchase. For warranty queries, please see the Warranty section on this page.
To start a return process, please contact the Equilume customer service department (info@equilume.com) or your nearest sales rep and provide your proof of purchase.
To ensure the item is returnable, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its unopened original packaging.
