Equilume PRO Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
Customers who purchase an Equilume PRO Light Mask from participating retailers or authorized resellers in the United States or Canada during the promotional period will receive one (1) free tumbler per mask purchase, while supplies last.
2. Promotion Period
This offer is valid from June 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.
3. Eligibility
• Offer valid only on purchases made through participating in-store and online retailers or authorized resellers located in the United States or Canada.
• Limit one (1) tumbler per customer, per qualifying purchase.
• Offer valid for end consumers only; not valid for wholesale or commercial accounts.
4. Redemption
• The free tumbler will be provided by the participating retailer at the time of purchase (in-store) or included in the shipment (online), while supplies last.
• No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents.
• This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other Equilume offer.
5. Availability
• Offer is subject to product and promotional item availability at each participating retailer.
• No rain checks will be issued once promotional items are depleted.
6. Returns
• If the qualifying product is returned, the free tumbler must also be returned.
• If the tumbler is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund or credit.
7. General
• Promotion is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Additional terms may apply at the discretion of participating retailers.
• Equilume USA Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed promotional items due to third-party retailer fulfillment issues.
PRECAUTIONS
- Try to avoid using or placing the Equilume Light Mask in close proximity to strong magnets or direct heat.
- When you have finished using the Equilume Light Mask it is recommended that you deactivate it in order to prolong the battery life.
- The Equilume Light Mask should be stored in a safe, dry and warm environment.
- When the battery life of the Equilume Light Mask has expired please dispose of the entire unit responsibly.
- Please note: The Equilume Light mask product contains electrical components and a lithium ion battery.
- Only competent horse handlers should be responsible for fitting the Equilume Light Mask to avoid risk of injury.
DISCLAIMER
- Equilume cannot be held accountable for any potential loss/injury to the handler/animal when fitting, maintaining or activating the Equilume Light Mask.
- The Equilume Light Mask is not guaranteed to produce results in all animals. Individual horse variation will influence response to light treatment.
- Owners of horses with reproductive and/or health issues should consult their veterinarian before using the Equilume Light Mask

CANCELLATION
- If you wish to cancel your Equilume order it can be done within 14 days of purchase provided it is returned undamaged in its original packaging.
PRICES
- Pricing may vary due to changes in currency exchange rates and costs.
- Quotes provided by Equilume will automatically expire after 30 days.
- All displayed Equilume prices are shown exclusive of sales tax/VAT/GST.
PAYMENT
- Payments to Equilume can be processed by wire transfer, credit card or PayPal.
- Please note: Equilume will not cover any additional foreign transaction fees incurred.
- Equilume requires that payment be made in full at the time of purchase and prior to delivery.
- In special cases where Equilume has extended credit, the terms of payment are 30 days. An 8.5% interest fee will be applied per month on any overdue invoices.
DELIVERY
- The Equilume delivery times are estimates only and Equilume is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to shipping errors caused by courier or postal services.
- The default shipping method can take 3-10 working days, but there is an option to ‘express’ ship goods at additional cost.
- Please be aware that delivery delays can occur due to public holidays.
DAMAGED GOODS
- Any product defects that occur due to willful damage, negligence or from abnormal conditions will not be covered by the Equilume warranty.
- Equilume is not liable for any damage or malfunction of the product as a result of alterations or repairs made by an external provider.
- Please note that general wear and tear to Equilume products are not covered under our warranty.
RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Equilume does not offer product refunds outside of the 14-day cancellation period.
- A replacement product will only be issued when there is a manufacturer defect at the time of delivery, or within the product warranty period from date of purchase. For warranty queries, please see below.
- To start a return process, please contact the Equilume customer service department (info@equilume.com) or your nearest sales rep and provide your proof of purchase.
- To ensure the item is returnable, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
LIMITED WARRANTY
- You can register your mask warranty by emailing warranty@equilume.com. Please have the model and batch number on hand, along with proof of purchase.
- For Light Masks, the warranty covers any electronic failures associated with the cup. The headpiece is not covered under warranty.
- If you have a warranty issue, please contact the Equilume customer service department (info@equilume.com) or your nearest sales rep.
- If you are issued with a replacement unit, it will be covered under the original units warranty period.
Warranty details:
- Belfield Model – 90 days from date of purchase.
- Curragh Model – 90 days from date of purchase.
- Pro Model – 6 months from date of purchase.
- Cashel Model – 6 months from date of purchase.
- Stable Light – 3 years from date of purchase.
- Control Panel – 2 years from date of purchase.
