RETURNS
If you wish to return your goods we will accept returns provided that the goods are unused, are not damaged and goods are in their original packaging. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please provide proof of postage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to cancel your purchase you must notify Equilume™ within 14 days of purchasing. Goods must be returned immediately unused, in original packaging and undamaged. Please provide proof of postage.
